Meet our Tenants of the Month: Dean Elkholy, Gary Manning and Taylor Ablitt, founders of Diply.com located at 383 Richmond Street, The Royal Bank Building.

Diply is a top social entertainment publisher. We produce and distribute shareable online content that inspires and entertains our audience every day. Diply was founded in London, Ontario and expanded quickly on a global scale with a world wide audience. We have a primarily female, socially-savvy millennial audience who love us for our fun, helpful, trending content!

Since launching in 2013 with a team of four, Diply has grown to 150 team members in London, Toronto and New York, and our content attracts over 75 million unique monthly visitors.

In 2014, we were ready for new office space. It was important to us to be centrally-located in the downtown core. We met Shmuel Farhi, Cammileah Beth and the FHC team in May of that year. It was immediately clear to us that FHC would accommodate all our needs, and provide a great foundation for us to grow our company as they had for numerous other London-based tech companies.

We moved into the Royal Bank building at 383 Richmond Street in July of 2014. Initially we started with a single unit, but within a year we quickly expanded to an entire floor. We were growing so fast, and Mr. Farhi understood and accommodated our need to expand at a rapid pace. FHC’s support and ability to execute with speed and proficiency allowed us to keep pace with the growth of our business.
